In many cases, buyers and sellers can specify terms of trade from previous trading experience. Blakeslee Pellets can interpret any existing contract material and liaise with the buyer and the seller to ensure that the contract proposed is agreeable or, as is often the case, needs some final amendments.

Additionally, Blakeslee Pellets has its template contract, which is the basis for the buyers' and sellers' agreement with Blakeslee Pellets. Typically, Blakeslee Pellets prepares and sends this once we begin working entirely on a trade opportunity.

APPLICABLE LAW

You agree that any legal action brought in connection with this Disclaimer, the use of our Site, or any transactions relating to our Site shall be solely and exclusively governed by and resolved under the laws of the United States of America.

Delivery in Connecticut ONLY starting at 1 Ton of Pellets.

Depending on your location in Connecticut, we charge between $65 and $85 to deliver the first ton and $20 per additional ton on same delivery. Outside of CT, please call us for delivery price.

You must be willing to take delivery within 14 days of order. However, this does not guarantee that you will receive delivery within 14 days.

We will no longer hold price or product if you are unwilling to take delivery. If we can not get to you in this time frame we will hold your order.

There will be a minimum wait charge fee of $75 if the delivery conditions do not allow us to drop your products in an efficient manner because this impacts the rest of our deliveries. (If we show up and you are not ready to accept the product)

When we show up at your house with the delivery, we are expecting your garage to be clean and ready and cars to be moved out of the way. We cannot clean your garage for you.

The delivery charges quoted are based on grouping deliveries together in your local area. Please cooperate when we contact you with a delivery time and date.

We need to know about any and all delivery conditions that apply such as: Low Power Lines, Gravel Driveway, Paved Driveway, Narrow Road/Driveway or a Steep Upward Hill.

We can not roll our pallet jacks on gravel, grass or dirt. If you have one of these conditions and we can back to where you want them please have some plywood available so we can roll your product off our truck into place for you.

Blakeslee Pellets will make every best effort to get your product where you want it. Please be reasonable. Every driver is responsible for their equipment. The drivers will not do what they know they can not do.

Blakeslee Pellets does not hand unload product for you.

Blakeslee Pellets does not back onto lawns. A waiver will need to be signed if the driver feels he can do so without damaging our equipment.

Our trucks are tall please have all trees trimmed so we can back safely without damaging our trucks.
